1. Discover Co-Regulate

Learn about who we are, who our support is for, and what to expect from a conversation.

  2. Request or schedule a conversation

Schedule a conversation directly or submit a request form. You'll share basic information about your concerns and what you'd like to discuss, and acknowledge that you've read the Family Agreement.

  3. Optional document sharing

A few days before your conversation, you'll receive an invitation to share relevant documents if you wish. Sharing documents is entirely optional, and we'll remind you of the Family Agreement and our privacy practices.

  4. Your one-hour Co-Regulate call

Your Parent Coach brings together lived experience and professional knowledge of children's needs, development, learning, and educational systems to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space for you to talk through your concerns.

Together, you'll explore your questions, clarify priorities, consider different perspectives, and identify information or potential next steps that may be helpful. You remain the decision-maker about what makes sense for your child and family.

  5. When the call ends

There is no routine follow-up, progress check, or expectation that you report back. Shared documents and document folders are deleted according to our document-handling procedures.

You're always welcome to reach out again if you have new questions or would like another conversation, with no obligation to do so.

  6. Optional anonymous feedback

After the conversation, you'll receive a brief, voluntary survey about your experience. It doesn't ask for your name or what you decided to do afterward.

Ready to talk?

Throughout the process, our aim is to help you feel heard, less alone, and more confident deciding what comes next.
